This page explains what information Narrowdale collects, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you order, we collect what we need to fulfil it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and order details. Payment information is handled by our payment providers and processed securely. We do not hold your full card details on our systems.

When you browse, we automatically receive technical information including your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, and how you move through the site. This comes through cookies and similar tools.

If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up where we left off.

What we do with it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send confirmations and shipping updates, answer your questions, screen orders for fraud, meet our legal obligations, and where you have agreed to it, send you marketing. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

Who else sees it

Only the providers who make the shop run: our ecommerce platform, our payment processors, our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our analytics and advertising providers, including Google. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it or where we receive a valid legal request.

Cookies and advertising

Cookies keep your cart working, hold your preferences, and tell us how the shop is used. We also run Google Ads and Google Analytics, which may set cookies to show you relevant advertising. You can opt out of interest based advertising through your browser settings or at aboutads.info/choices.

How long we keep it

Order records stay with us as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle any return, and meet tax and accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information we will, except where we are legally required to hold it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Residents of the EU, the UK and California have specific statutory rights. Email support@narrowdale.com and we will deal with it.

Children

The shop is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use secure checkout and restrict who can reach your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version goes on this page with a revised date at the top.
