Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Narrowdale website and anything you buy from it. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them.

Using the site

The site is here for you to browse and buy for personal, non commercial use. You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or use it in any way that breaks the law. We can refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Products and accuracy

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fit, colour and measurements. Screens differ, so colours may not render exactly as they appear in person. If we find a genuine error in a description or a price after you have ordered, we will contact you before going any further.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is worked out and added at checkout based on your delivery address, so it is not included in the listed price. Payment is taken when you order, through our secure payment providers. We can correct pricing errors and change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items, and the contract is formed at that point. We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for instance if stock has run out or we suspect fraud, and you get a full refund if we do. To change or cancel an order, email support@narrowdale.com as soon as you can. We can usually help if it has not gone out yet.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Dispatch and delivery timings, tracking, and what happens to a delayed or lost parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. We do not offer exchanges. Full conditions, including who pays return postage and how long refunds take, are in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including text, images, graphics and branding, belongs to Narrowdale or its licensors. You may not reproduce it or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter at checkout, your shipping address in particular. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
